Jeffrey A. Lowe

Jeffrey A. Lowe is an attorney that brings years of experience outside of the legal system to the Lowe Law Office.

Before beginning his career in the practice of law, Jeff spent four years as a drilling engineer for Chevron, USA, in western Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming.  Afterward, he spent nine years as an environmental engineer with Exxon Company, U.S.A. (now ExxonMobil) in Texas, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, with emphasis on the remediation of soil and ground water contaminated by aboveground and underground storage tanks.  He has also been a steel worker, a hazardous materials emergency responder, and environmental consultant.

Jeff holds bachelor of science degrees in both petroleum engineering and civil engineering from West Virginia University, a master of business administration from Averett University, and a juris doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law.  He is licensed to practice in all state circuit courts, before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.

In his spare time, Jeff likes to hunt and fish, play and watch lacrosse, and is a member of the Westover, West Virginia, Rotary Club.
